Overview

ISAL has core values of being an inclusive and supportive community as well as making the field viable for junior and early career scholars to succeed and thrive in. We recognize that the cost of ISAL membership is a barrier to participation for some members of the broader artificial life community, particularly those from countries with lower gross national income per capita. We are therefore piloting a discounted membership rate for scholars from specific countries identified as low or low-middle income by the World Bank.
